Riches Untold

I am abundantly overflowing with treasures.  This weekend I had the delight of spending time with God's girls at a retreat, a place where we just gather to be with God.  It is a rare treat for me.  I let alone have times alone in the shower, never mind a whole day.  It was a day that I just got to 'be' with my Jesus.  In the time we stole away together I have returned with a bounty of heavenly treasures, that I did no know existed until I received them.  I spent time enjoying the presence of my Lord, and my heart soared when he expressed His love for me.  It was a time of great intimacy with God, and also a time of great encouragement and uplifting for the women of God.

The last few months have been very busy for me, I have not lingered in the arms of Jesus, in the way that I desire. God knows.  He knows that I was longing for more time with Him, and this weekend He swept me off of my feet.

I would encourage you to find time, to seek Him out.   To let Him confirm and fill your heart to overflowing with his unending and abundant treasures.

One of the royal treasures He gave me, was to remind me of who I am in His Kingdom.  I say this here not to boast about myself, but to boast about what He had done for me.  Seek Jesus and ask him to reveal who you are to Him.  (I must point out that many of us shared our Kingdom identities over the weekend and not one of them was the same.)  We have a remarkably creative and wonderful God.

My name is Nicole Watson. I am a beautiful and vibrant light in the darkness, welcoming in the spirit, drawing others to God.  I am a solid fortress, a rock, with strong foundations, established in the Word of God.  I am calm in spirit and abounding in faith, teaching and ministering to others, bringing honour to His name. I am His precious one.

As we all shared our true selves, it was as if we were finally seeing each other for who we truly are, it was breathtaking, inspiring, and we gave all glory to God.

The Substance of Faith

What is faith?  It is the very nature of God.  Faith is the Word of God.  It is the personal inward flow of divine favour, which moves in every fiber of our being until our whole nature is so quickened that we live by faith, we move by faith, and we are going to be caught up into glory by faith!  Faith is the glorious knowledge of a personal presence within you, changing you you from strength to strength, from glory to glory, until you get to the place where you walk with God, and God think and speaks through you by the power of the Holy Spirit.  Oh, it is grand! Today I am so thankful for the gift of faith; God living in me, changing me day by day to be more like Jesus.  When I look back at my walk in faith, I can see from where I have come.  It is not like that at the present, we are often unable to see how present circumstances in our lives are of any benefit to us, or God.  But we must trust that He knows.  And it is the eternity to come, that we will stand holding hands with Jesus, and look back at how His hand was upon us in every season.
He speaks to my heart today, and whispers so much love, so much encouragement:

'Keep going my love, one step in front of the other, my presence will change not only you, but also the hearts of others.  It's all about faith, it's all about trust, and I know your heart. '

Too many words not enough actions.

Whispers To My Heart - I Fight For You

Father God says, "I will rescue those who love me.
I will protect those who trust in my name.
When they call on me, I will answer,
I will be with them in trouble.
I will rescue and honour them..."

Only keep your eyes firmly fixed on me and everything else will work together for my glory.  Everything that you need and are concerned about will be given to you, as you seek my face.  You do not need to fix anything or anyone, that is my job.  You must love me, love them and be obedient to me, that is your job.  Remember that my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.  Be encouraged my daughter, I am your Champion, there is no need to fight for my honour.  I am the one who delivers you. Whispers To My Heart-One in Spirit

Remain true to what you have been taught from the beginning.  If you do this you will remain close to me and Father God.  And because we share this great love and are one in Spirit, you will enjoy eternal life. (Spoken to Nicole from 1 John 2:24-25)

The one you choose to live for now, in this life, will determine how and where you will live for eternity.

How beautiful to know that our eternal life has already begun.  Let's enjoy each precious moment, growing closer to each other and growing closer to God.

How I rejoice in your strength, O Lord,

Whispers To My Heart - I Fight For You!

...If Father God fights for you then who can ever be against you?  He gave me up, his only son, to save you. That is the ultimate expression of  love.  He will do whatever it takes to look after you and fulfil his purposes.  Who dares to condemn, mock and ridicule God's children?  No one-you have been declared guilt free, sons and daughters of God.  I died and was raised to life and I am sitting next to Father God reminding him of his great love for you. Smile and stand firm.  I too was rejected on earth, I know how you feel.  I love you. Whispers To My Heart-True Beauty Lasts Forever

You have been given new life, one that will never end.  You will live forever with me because God has promised it .
'People are like grass; their beauty like a flower in the field.
The grass withers and dies and the flowers fade and fall but God's promises never end.'

Whispers To My Heart - I'm With Him

The time has now come when you can ask Father God for anything in my name.  I don't have to ask him for you, because he absolutely adores you and listens to your every word.  He loves you because you love me.  He loves you because of who you know, not what you do.

Don't you just love this passage?  We can ask God for anything and step into his holy presence anytime, because we know and are saved by Jesus.  We don't have to ask Jesus to go to the Father for us for anything,  because we are already known to Father God by our relationship with his Son.  We are eternally marked by grace, mercy, love and power because we are the children of God.  We are let into the throne room every time, not by the things that we do to try and please God, but because we have street cred with his son.  It doesn't matter what you wear, where you live, where you work or what you achieve.  If you are saved by Jesus, he can't love you anymore than he does right now.  His love is unconditional.  It doesn't wane because he already knows what you were going to do in the future anyway.  His love cannot grow any stronger because it is already perfect.  What an absolute privilege to have this kind of relationship with my Creator and Lover of my soul.
And if you don't know Jesus.  He waits for you to call on him.  He watches you lovingly and tries to get you attention in many different ways.  You know what I am talking about.  He can't wait to take you to meet his Father.  They miss you very much.

Whispers To My Heart - My King Will Return

You are my beautiful bride.  Be dressed and prepared by following me at all times.  Don't get tired of waiting and let your lamp burn out while you wait for me to return to you.  I come soon to whisk you away to our wedding celebration.  I am so excited, all of heaven is waiting with anticipation!  Keep your light burning bright into the night, so you will be awake to answer the door when I arrive and knock.  How I long to seat you at the table prepared for us, and share our royal feast.  I may arrive when you are not expecting me. Please be prepared to go at all times.  It would break my heart if you are asleep and you don't hear me.  Keep your dress spotless for me and we will rejoice together forever.  I won't keep you waiting long.  See you soon precious.

Whispers To My Heart-Come Home

...My God has saved me from death and given me eternal life!

I will shout it out loud and not be silent.

I will tell everyone how he rescued me.  I was lost.

He is gathering his children, calling them home from the East, West, North and South.

Be still. Listen carefully.  Can you hear his voice?  He is waiting for you.

Whispers To My Heart - I know you.

I know you.  I made all of the beautiful and complex parts of your body (even the parts you are not fond of).  I wove you like a fine tapestry in your mother's womb, while she carried you.  Each part of you is is beautifully designed, to reflect my glory.  I watched you grow and develop in the warmth and safety of your hiding place.  I knew you before you were born.  Each and every moment of your life (both good and bad) was recorded in my book before you took your first breath.  If only you could understand how much I love and adore you.  You never leave my mind, for I do not sleep.  My eyes continuously gaze upon you with unmatched devotion.  (Spoken to Nicole from Psalm 139:13-18)

This passage of scripture is very dear to my heart because it forms part of God's promise to us for Sam.  Every time I read it, God reveals something new to me.  Today he really impressed  upon my heart how much he loves me.  I could  feel his piercing gaze looking past the exterior, down deep into my heart and while he looked he spoke the above words to me.  Will you allow Jesus to search your heart?

Whispers to My Heart - Swim in My Word

Read, listen and mediate on my Word day and night, so it is written deep in your heart.  Immerse yourself in it's promises.  Through it, I will direct your path and refresh your soul, blessing all that you do in my name.  I desire to fill you with strength and courage.  Don't worry about anything.  Have full confidence in me. I am right beside you every step of the way. (Spoken to Nicole from Joshua 1:8-9)

Whispers to My Heart - Rest Upon my Chest

'Whispers to My Heart', is a new addition to my blog.  I love to journal what God is laying on my heart.  Often when I read God's Word, I hear him speaking directly to me, and I want to share some of what Jesus says with you.  I want to do this for two reasons.  Firstly I want you to see how alive and loving Jesus is.  The second is that I want to encourage you to listen for his voice speaking to you as you read your own bible.  Can you hear him speaking to you here?

Come and spend time with me when you are tired and worn, share your problems with me, and you can rest in my arms.  As you rest your head upon my chest, listen to the rhythm of my heart.  Take a lesson from what you hear there, live according to my heartbeat.  Let me teach you my wonderful ways, because I love you with a passion you still don't understand.  My ways are not hard to learn and obey, for they are refreshing, like eternal water for you soul.
